How can you get that summer body you want but still can't seem to stay motivated enough to constantly work out and eat healthy all the time?

And yes it really works! exercising with a companion can make physical activity more pleasurable and help you stay committed. Find someone who shares similar fitness goals and interests. That way you two can commit to a regular workout schedule together, but also encourage and motivate each other to stay on track.

As we all know, routines can quickly become boring and monotonous. One way to fix that is by mixing up your routine by trying new activities, exercises, or even some healthy recipes.


  • Don't forget to TREAT yourself!!

Rewarding yourself for your hard work and progress can be a great motivator. Set up a reward system for yourself, maybe treating yourself to a massage, a new workout outfit or a meal you've been craving for a while!
